New Property, Oceanside, Dog Friendly Welcome to Beaches N Cream! This newly renovated 2-bedroom 2 bath beach rental is just steps to the sand and ready for your vacation! Beaches N Cream is a quaint beachside rental located in the heart of St Augustine Beach, located above a favorite local hot spot Coneheads Ice Cream. Park in the dedicated spaces for visitors and walk up the stairs to the private balcony and apartment rental. The property features an open living room perfect to gather and watch tv after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials to cook up a feast or make a snack for the beach. Dreaming the night away is easy in the comfy King size bed plus private bath. The guest room hosts a queen size bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa if needed for those extra guests. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE $200 * If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees! **Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, the booking sites does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!** The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax
