Family and friends can relax by the firepit or dip in the hot tub while you light up the outdoor grill for a family cookout. Oceanside Oasis' living room has plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out. Play a family board game around the coffee table or watch a romantic movie on the large flat screen TV. Free W-Fi (1000mbs) keeps you connected so you can stream music, surf the internet or catch up with emails easily. A convenient kitchen island as well as a host of appliances, cookware and kitchen gadgets make it fun to whip up everything from sandwiches and snacks for your beach cooler to impressive seafood dinners in the updated stylish kitchen. Serve meals buffet-style at the breakfast bar with barstool seating or gather together at the dining table for a shared meal. Wander upstairs to catch sweet dreams in four chicly decorated bedrooms. Oceanside Oasis primary king-size suite features private balcony plus bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep garden tub, perfect after a fun day exploring St. Augustine. Our three guest bedrooms are all outfitted with plush bedding and pillows. Guest room 1 features King size bed plus desk for working remotely. The Guest bedroom 2 features two Queen size beds, and the twin bed in Guest bedroom 3 offers a twin trundle as well. The additional full bathroom, stocked with fresh towels, helps make it easy for everyone to quickly get ready for the day’s adventures. There is plenty of space to store all your belongings, but feel free to pack light. A full-size washer and dryer ensure you have clean clothes for the duration of your vacation. Fully fenced yard with electronic gate for entry - Pets welcome under 45lbs max 2 with fee of $200. BE MINDFUL OF PETS AND CHILDREN AROUND GATE - Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard).
