The corner lot features a brick home built in 1949 and anchored by a soaring Southern Oak draped in Spanish Moss. There is so much history in this home's walls with design features from a by gone era. 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in the heart of the historic district! Walking inside you are greeted by a cozy living room featuring a Smart Tv. There is even a desk for doing a little work or writing those postcards. Cooking for the family is a cinch in the newly renovated kitchen. All the dishes and appliances needed to whip up that feast is in place. The adjoining dining room has space for everyone to enjoy and could be the best place to play a night family game. Dreaming of the next day's adventures is easy when you float off to sleep in one of the four bedrooms. All bedrooms have new linens and mattresses. Guest bedroom 1 features an adorable bunkbed with a full down and a twin up. Guest room 2 has an antique Full-size bed and is decorated in shades of pink. Guest bedroom 3 features the Queen size bed and is accented with antique furniture in a unique shade of pale green. The downstairs shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Wandering upstairs to the Primary Retreat, you are perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle. The Primary Suite features a plush King bed with adjoining bathroom boasting a large walk-in shower and a separate seating room to read or watch that romantic movie. Parking for four cars in the gravel driveway behind the house. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
