From Ospreys Nest you can easily reach everything you want to do in St. Augustine - from visiting Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth, hitting the beach to shopping, golfing, fishing, and taking in sights like the World Golf Hall of Fame. When you arrive at Osprey Nest, you’ll be pleased to discover your off-street driveway parking. Through the front door you’ll enter a long room that encompasses your living room, dining area, and kitchen. This open-concept design gives the home a warmth and connectedness you and your guests will appreciate. Hard surface floors punctuated by warm area rugs are enhanced by the beachy décor.  Your comfortable living room furniture provides a welcoming gathering place for you and your friends to watch cable TV or check out websites for area attractions on your free Wi-Fi. Plush couches will feel good no matter how long the game goes on. The nearby dining room table is a wonderful place to gather for a card game. The dining table is close to the kitchen area of the great room, which makes it simple at mealtime. You may want to take your food out to the deck and enjoy it in the great outdoors. There is a propane grill out on the deck in case you want to grill up some burgers or the fish you catch on a fishing charter. The kitchen area runs along the back wall of the great room. You’ll like cooking with the stainless steel appliances. Your cabinets include room to store all your food plus, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils are all here waiting for you to put them to use. If you don’t want to cook while you are on vacation that will work out fine too. You have a host of restaurants of all varieties within close proximity of Osprey Nest You’ll definitely want to sample the local seafood and other favorites while you’re visiting.  After a day of enjoying the vibrant St. Augustine community and taking in its many attractions, you’ll no doubt be looking for a place to get some sleep. The two bedrooms each include comfortable beds and plenty of storage for your clothes in dressers and closets. You and your guests will sleep well in these peaceful rooms as you dream about the fun days ahead.  Other conveniences you’ll like at Osprey Nest are the in-house washer and dryer. Pack light because you can always start up a load of wash without interrupting all the fun you’ve planned for your day. No sitting around at a Laundromat for you! There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
