Brad Layland, Broker and Owner Endless Summer Realty
In 2001 Brad began renting out his own oceanfront townhouse and soon he
discovered he had a knack for the business. He started Beach Rental Network Inc, a place where
property managers and owners could list their properties in order to gain inquiries. In 2007 he
started Endless Summer Realty, a boutique type real estate firm that specializes in excellent customer
service.
