Ocean Reef 203 boasts a king size bed in the master, queen in the second and twins in the third bedroom - plenty of room for everyone! With 180 TV channels, DVR recording, WIFI, or cabled internet you will have all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV and a huge walk-in closet with a crib if needed for the little one. The master bath boasts of both a garden tub and a glass shower. Sit on the balcony and relax as your gaze upon the courtyard and pool area. Swim in the pool or enjoy the short walk to the beach boardwalk. Located next to several grocery stores and restaurants, you will be close to grab those needed items. Downtown and area attractions are a short drive from this centrally located beach condo. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
