Welcome to Atlantis101! Located on the ground-floor in a resort style condo complex, with views of the pool and fountain.  Beautiful coastal chic furnishings adorn this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The condo sleeps up to six guests between three comfortable bedrooms. Snooze soundly in a master bedroom with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. An on-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. A cozy second bedroom is furnished with a pair of twin beds, and the third bedroom has a plush queen bed. The guest bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination.  Dining and cooking will be a breeze while in the condo, as it fully stocked with all your needs and plenty of seating available. Gather round the living area for a romantic movie night or maybe a family game night. The back patio is a great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Located in the Seaside at Anastasia Complex there is a pool, BBQ's, and access to the gym available for our guests. Located directly across the street from the St Johns County Pier, you will be in walking distance of Splash Park, the Pier itself, Farmers Market on Wednesday mornings plus many restaurants and shops nearby. New AC with UV light to help kill air borne allergens also installed 1/23. The Intracoastal Waterway is also nearby, with hiking trails and fascinating inlets to explore by kayak or canoe. Watercraft of all kinds are available for rent, and family attractions from Marineland, Disney World to the Kennedy Space Center are just a short drive away. With all the comforts of home and all the fun things St. Augustine has to offer, your toughest decision will be figuring out when to come back! The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January. Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
