Welcome to Sandpiper Place!  The heated pool is closed for remodel but the oceanfront pool is still open! Boasting a great location, steps to the beach, space for 6 guests and all of the comforts of your home, this condo in lovely St. Augustine Beach is a great place to plan your next vacation! Recently updated with a cozy, beach-chic vibe! Sandpiper Place is a newly owned and a recently renovated condo located on the 2nd floor of building J. Sandpiper Place has brand new floors, freshly painted, has new furnishings and is stocked for your vacation! This unit is centrally located between both pools (one heated), steps to the grilling area and short stroll to the private beach walkway. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin and full options, a flat screen TV, and desk for working. . There is an additional bathroom off of the second bedroom. The dining area is open to the living room providing enough seating for 6. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat and flat screen tv. The unit has cable and WiFi so you can stay entertained and connected when you're not out enjoying the sand and sun. Watch the breath taking sunsets from the comfort of the couch or private patio. Our unit is not pet friendly. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax. The Ocean Village Club is a gated ocean front condominium complex with two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffle board, grilling area, lending library, fitness center and car wash station! When staying here, you're close to the intercostal waterway, historic St. Augustine, and many local attractions. World-class golf, shopping, dining, surfing, fishing, beach-going, and sightseeing await you!
