The panoramic view from this Colony Reef condo of the ocean and beach is dazzling, you can "Sea" Forever. Enjoy the sparkling ocean, the wide sandy beach, the pool and hot tub not to mention the spectacular sunrises! The condo has been updated and has everything you will need to have a relaxing laid back vacation. We even provide a beach cart and beach chairs, plus all new linens and towels, enough for everyone.  The condo features two full size bedrooms one with a King and the other has a Queen plus a "sleeping room" with two twin beds. There is a pack n play for the younger set as well as children's cups, plates and utensils. Enjoy the spacious balcony equipped with comfortable seating and an electric grill. The Colony Reef complex has 2 pools (one indoor heated) workout room, tennis courts, and a children's play area. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
