The shared bathroom is spacious and also boasts a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer is in the unit. Community pool is a short walk from unit as is the beach. Whip up a feast in the kitchen that is well equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking and dining in or take a short stroll along A1A beach Blvd to visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy sunrise beach walks or coffee on the deck every morning. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, 2 TVs. Close to everything St Augustine Beach has to offer, call today and start making memories! Newly furnished Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, beach buggy for the short walk to the beach. Dog friendly with $200 pet fee under 45lbs. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard).
