The house was gorgeous and the backyard was the canal which was so cool! The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short walk to the beautiful beach. The house was a great size for a slightly larger group and was very clean when we arrived. Jamie was great. She responded to all my messages quickly. There was a slight mix up with the people who came to repair the dryer but other than that communication was on point. The neighbor threw out a few not so friendly comments but that was okay. The stay was wonderful overall and very easy.

We stayed for a month in Jan-Feb '23. It is a wonderful, clean, spacious, well-appointed house, and the backyard on the canal is a great place to sit outside and have a drink at night. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's a short walk (less than a block) to 2 very good restaurants, one casual (Back 40) and one nice Italian (Viola's). Another block and you're on the beach, which seems to be the quietest part of the beach from St Aug to Crescent. Comfortable beds and living room, huge TV, fully-stocked kitchen, garage with bikes, outdoor shower, all very nice. It's a short drive up to St Augustine Beach (5-10 mins) with lots of shopping and restaurants. Our dog loved it too.

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving Holiday and can not say enough amazing things about this home. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and made cooking Thanksgiving a breeze. The walk to the beach was quick and there were at least 3 walkable restaurants. My husband and I LOVED the fact that the property included bikes. There is a lovely park at the end of the street that is the perfect place to bird watch. We saw a whole flock of flamingos!
