Snowbirds welcome! Heated Pool! Outdoor Pool Area : The Colony Reef outdoor pool area including the pool deck will be completely closed beginning on January 2nd, 2023, through approximately March 15th, 2023. This closure will be to do a complete revamp of the Colony Reef outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. There will be no access to the pool deck during this time due to safety reasons as all bodies of water will be drained and work will be being performed. It is important to note, as with all construction projects, at times there may be loud noises such as sandblasting or tile removal, but we will adhere to the authorized contractor times of Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. HEATED INDOOR POOL REMAINS OPEN! Wonderful top floor unit (4th floor) that is so close to the elevator that pool and beach access is a breeze! The panoramic view from this Colony Reef condo of the ocean and beach is dazzling, you can "Sea" Forever. Enjoy the sparkling ocean, the wide sandy beach, the pool and hot tub not to mention the spectacular sunrises! The condo has been updated and has everything you will need to have a relaxing laid back vacation. We even provide a beach cart and beach chairs, plus all new linens and towels, enough for everyone.  The condo features two full size bedrooms one with a King and the other has a Queen plus a "sleeping room" with two twin beds. There is a pack n play for the younger set as well as children's cups, plates and utensils. Enjoy the spacious balcony equipped with comfortable seating and an electric grill. The Colony Reef complex has 2 pools (one indoor heated) workout room, tennis courts, and a children's play area. Fun for the whole family.
