Nestled in a quiet beach residential neighborhood just steps to the ocean, this charming two bedroom two bath Florida cottage boasts over 1790 sq feet of living space so plenty of room to spread out and relax. Featuring a split bedroom plan you will have a sense of privacy. Anastasia Lodge offers wifi and cable, with a large flat screen in the living room and tvs in the bedrooms. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for breakfast before hitting the beach, or for a home cooked dinner after a day of exploring our Nation`s oldest city. There is a fully fenced yard for Fido (45lbs and under,$200 pet fee) or the kids to run around in with outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. There is off street parking available in the driveway. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* $200 If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees! **Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard).
