Welcome to Seaside Sunrise!
This wonderful 2nd floor ocean front Colony Reef Club condo boasts amazing panoramic views of the ocean and beach. You can hear the Atlantic Oceans waves crashing against the seashore. Seaside Sunrise is located in the Colony Reef Club condo complex offering gated access, two pools (indoor heated pool and oceanfront), tennis (pickleball & Racquetball) courts, outdoor playground & workout room. Seaside Sunrise has been equipped with all the essentials for your relaxing, sand -filled vacation!
Master bedroom offers a King size bed with attached bathroom, the second guest room features a Queen& Full bed plus a sleeping nook with two twin beds. Seaside Sunrise also offers a pack n play and highchair for the young ones. All new linens and towels, bath and beach, are provided as well as a beach cart and beach chairs. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and offers enough utensils and bakeware needed to whip up that feast. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to grill up some shrimp on the provided electric grill and enjoy dining al fresco while utilizing the outdoor furniture and dining table.
Heading to the beach is easy utilizing the newly renovated boardwalk. Seaside Sunrise can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Book today to start making those sandy memories!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Very nice unit, well equipped and was very clean when we arrived. Location is ideal, only a few steps to pool and beach, and the unit has great ocean views. Nice additions not found in all vacation rentals include the beach wagon, beach chairs, and the Margarita machine which we used almost every day. Having the third bedroom was perfect for us, with three teenage kids. Would return to this same unit next time.

This was probably the BEST vacation my family and I have ever taken. We were absolutely in love with the condo from the breathtaking views, the immaculate surroundings, extraordinarily clean condo, and everything you can think of to make our stay comfortable and efficient. We absolutely loved it! Jaime is an incredible host and had a very quick response time. We never even needed any further instructions because everything was perfectly laid out and communicated. The pictures don’t do the condo or the resort justice. The pool and recreational areas are pristine. It’s a short walk down a well maintained boardwalk to the beach. There is a very nice wash off station for rinsing sand and all the things off. The pool is so clean and refreshing and the hot tub was the same. The resort has so much to offer! The location of the condo couldn’t be more perfect. A short walk to the pool and beach boardwalk down a couple flights of stairs and so incredibly quiet. Can’t wait to go back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at seaside sunrise. The condo was very nice and clean with a great view of the ocean. It offered everything we needed for our beach vacation. The condominium complex is also very nice. We had an issue with one of the toilets and endless summer management came right over to fix the problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 7/9-7/16, our family had a great week. Views from balcony are great. Easy access to beach, especially with the beach cart to haul all gear. Unit is great, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Property was great huge outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball.

We loved our stay at Seaside Sunrise! The ocean front views from the living room and deck are beautiful. The property is located right on the beach so no high rises in your way. This unit is decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for your family. Love having the beach cart available to haul our things down to the beach! The outdoor pool is very close to the unit and easily accessible. Can't say enough about this rental; you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Seaside Sunrise 5/19-5/23. The unit is beautiful and like new. We live about 40 minutes away and stay at beach houses/condos often. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I loved the beach decor in every room. It was obviously just refreshed with paint, new windows, linens, towels, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has a margarita machine. I love that there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate large parties or 2 families. It has a good number of new beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas and even a beach cart with wheels to get all your gear down to the beach. The property is great with a huge pool, hot tub, indoor pool, sauna and work out room. We will definitely be staying at the Seaside Sunrise again.
