Awesome spot for a coastal getaway, this 3BR/2BA St. Augustine condo is located in a gated community -- just a short walk from the shores of St. Augustine Beach and St. Johns County Ocean Pier -- a favorite local spot for fishing, beachside fun, and community events. A variety of local eateries are also a short stroll away. Kick back for the evening in a cozy living area, with comfy furnishings. A flat-screen TV capable of streaming awaits for movie nights. It’s easy to cook for your crowd in a well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with essential appliances. Gather for sit-down meals around a large wooden dining table, with seating for six The condo sleeps up to six guests between three comfortable bedrooms. Snooze soundly in a master bedroom with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. A cozy second bedroom is furnished with a comfy full size bed, and the third bedroom has a plush queen bed. The guest bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the warm coastal breeze from your private balcony. Sitting on the  outdoor chairs it’s the perfect spot to read and relax. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There’s one assigned parking space and several open visitor parking spaces next to the rental, plus elevator.  Guests also have shared access to a clubhouse, gym, and a outdoor pool, heated in the winter.  The condo is just 350 yards from the beach and only a few minutes’ stroll from an eclectic local dining scene. Grocery stores are also a short car ride away. For a day in the sun, walk 0.3 miles to the popular St. Johns County Ocean Pier. In addition to fishing and beach access, this local attraction features a kids’ playground and splash park, volleyball courts, and community events. You can also catch live music nearby at The St. Augustine Amphitheater (2.4 miles), enjoy tours of the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum (3 miles), and hike and kayak around Anastasia State Park (3.2 miles). The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax
